Completely renovated in 2024 with quality materials, the villa offers high-end services and careful decoration. It will charm you, ideal for a weekend or successful holidays! Pornichet La Baule, a bay recognised as one of the most beautiful in the world, is an ideal destination for your holidays.
Housing
The beach at Pointe du Bec, located just opposite the villa, is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or walks along the coastline. Moreover, the coastal path offers a pleasant walk, allowing you to discover marine landscapes and access other neighbouring beaches.
House completely renovated in 2024, carefully decorated with comfortable and up-to-date (new) furniture.
Feet in the water, the location is unique and very rare, no road to cross, the beach is in front of the house
The villa can accommodate 10 travellers (+ baby)
It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen leading to the living room and a dining room.
You will have access to a large garden facing the sea with a large equipped terrace, a large outdoor table and 12 chairs, sun loungers, a hammock, 6 chairs, a gas barbecue.
The house is perfectly suited for families, it is equipped for children of all ages (baby bed, high chair, changing table...)
Upon entering the villa, you will discover a large living area with a living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, laundry room and toilet.

The entire ground floor and terrace are on the same level without any threshold to cross, including the ground floor shower with wide, two-leaf access. The house access from the courtyard side is via an inclined plane, but this does not meet PMR standards as there is no flat area in front of the door. The ground floor bed is accessible to a PMR person on only one side (however, the bed is relatively high). The passage from the terrace to the garden is via an inclined plane, but the garden is sandy and there is a step to access the walkway. The beach is accessible via a cemented boat ramp.
