You will have access to a large garden facing the sea with a large equipped terrace, a large outdoor table and 12 chairs, sun loungers, a hammock, 6 chairs, a gas barbecue.
The house is perfectly suited for families, it is equipped for children of all ages (baby bed, high chair, changing table...)
Upon entering the villa, you will discover a large living area with a living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, laundry room and toilet.

The passage from the terrace to the garden is via an inclined plane, but the garden is sandy and there is a step to access the walkway. The beach is accessible via a cemented boat ramp.
