The villa is ideally located to enjoy the pleasures of Pornichet: beach and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation
From the entrance, you discover a vast, bright living space open to the dining room, living room, kitchen and exterior. The house opens on one side to a terrace with a view of the wooded garden.
A second living room also provides access to a terrace with an ocean view.
The house can accommodate up to 9 travellers: 6 adults and 3 children
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a children's bedroom with bunk beds + storage bed (3 sleeping spaces in 90x190).
• On the ground floor: a large bedroom with a double bed (180x190), close to a bathroom with a laundry room.
You will also find 4 toilets, 1 toilet in each bathroom and a toilet located near the entrance.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, both inside and outside thanks to the large garden table and charcoal barbecue.
