The villa also includes an open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room and a lounge. Completely renovated in 2025 with quality materials, it offers beautiful amenities and careful décor.
The accommodation

You will have access to a fully enclosed garden with a parking space equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles (fast charging).
Upon entering the villa you will discover a large living space with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Through large glass doors, you will have direct access to the terrace (40m²) where you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day.

The very cosy lounge has a television and a connected speaker.
