The beach at Pointe du Bec located just opposite the villa is ideal for swimming, sunbathing or walks along the coastline. Moreover, the coastal path offers a pleasant walk, allowing you to discover marine landscapes and access other neighbouring beaches.

From the entrance, you discover a vast, bright living space open to the dining room, living room, kitchen and exterior. The house opens on one side to a terrace with a view of the wooded garden.
A second living room also provides access to a terrace with an ocean view.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a children's bedroom with bunk beds + storage bed (3 sleeping spaces in 90x190).
