Let yourself be seduced by our charming Neo-Breton villa of 125 m², fully air-conditioned and ideally located in a residential area 900 m from the beach (approximately 15 minutes on foot), 500 m from Pornichet's shopping avenue and just a stone's throw from the market. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 of which each have their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a fourth bedroom and an independent bathroom. The villa also includes an open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room and a lounge. Completely renovated in 2025 with quality materials, it offers beautiful amenities and careful décor.

The accommodation
All modern comforts await you in this superb villa where everything has been designed for your comfort and well-being.
You will have access to a fully enclosed garden with a parking space equipped with a charging point for an electric vehicle (fast charging).

Upon entering the villa you will discover a large living space with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Through large glass doors, you will have direct access to the terrace (40m²) where you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day.

Located in a quiet area, this bright and modern villa offers you all the comfort to enjoy a stay with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the ocean and the town centre, and tennis/padel courts.
Its ideal location allows you to get around on foot or by bike.

Suite with Queen-size bed (160x200), desk area and private bathroom, storage (wardrobe and shelves).

Floor:
1 Master Suite with King-size bed (180x200), desk area, dressing room, private bathroom and balcony.
1 Bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom, storage (shelves).
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) ideal for children or friends, and adjoining bathroom.
In the hallway, storage and wardrobe. A first aid kit and a sewing kit are at your disposal.

The villa therefore comprises 3 bathrooms + 1 bathroom with bathtub as well as 2 WCs (WC with hand basin on the ground floor and WC upstairs).

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, milk frother.
The very cosy lounge has a television and a connected speaker.
In the laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board & iron (Calor steam press) and Rolser trolley for going to the market.

Many board games and a library will be at your disposal during your stay.
The shutters are electric, and the large gate is remote-controlled.
To improve your comfort, air conditioning or heating can be regulated by bedroom or by room.

The villa is ideally located to enjoy the pleasures of Pornichet: beach and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation
From the entrance, you discover a vast, bright living space open to the dining room, living room, kitchen and exterior. The house opens on one side to a terrace with a view of the wooded garden.
A second living room also provides access to a terrace with an ocean view.

The house can accommodate up to 9 travellers: 6 adults and 3 children

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

• Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a children's bedroom with bunk beds + storage bed (3 sleeping spaces in 90x190).

• On the ground floor: a large bedroom with a double bed (180x190), close to a bathroom with a laundry room.

You will also find 4 toilets, 1 toilet in each bathroom and a toilet located near the entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, both inside and outside thanks to the large garden table and charcoal barbecue.
